	Bleed size This area will be cut off when your product is cut to size. Your design should extend all the way to the bleed size to ensure no unwanted white edges when the print is cut to size.
	Trim size This is the final size your print will be trimmed to when the excess bleed is removed and is the size you select when creating your product.
	Safe margin size This is to ensure you don't end up with text or important image content right on the edge of your print. Aim to keep important images and text inside the dotted safe area box. Note! This area is often used for BORDERS. Ensure you check our Design Guide for Border information.

How to make a Custom Card Game?

1. Find the best price by changing the size and quantity to suit
   
   
2. Select from standard card stocks of 300-350gsm or try textured or specialty metallic stocks
   
   
3. Consider if you need a celloglaze coating (highly recommended for protecting cards from marking - cello also finishes the cards off well to be a premium product: Available in  Matt, Gloss or Velvet)
   
   
4. Upload your design/s into the File Upload Centre - if you have no design capabilities, you can use our free online design tool to custom make your playing card designs (front & back any number of variations)
   
   

   a) When cards have a common back, supply, FRONTS as a combined file (PDF or ZIP file of images) and BACK separate

   b) When deck has variable backs, supply, Deck as ONE continuous PDF file: Front (p1), Back (p2), Front (p3), Back (p4) etc.

How do I design the card box and where can I find the template for this?

We offer boxes which are custom-made to fit your card deck. The dimensions of the box is influenced by your card size (length & width) but also the stack height - which is subject to your choice of card stock (gsm thickness), and if you add celloglaze or not.

Because of this, we actually ask that you place the order first. That way, we can be 100% certain as to how much room we need in the box, and we haven't sent you the wrong template ahead of time (causing issues).

We will send you a custom-fit template after your order is placed (within 48hrs).
